Meet Jessica

Jess Provencher is a top-producing REALTOR® and founder of Pro Homes w/ ΓEA⅃, proudly serving clients throughout New Hampshire—from the Massachusetts border to the Seacoast and up to the Lakes Region. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, Jess has closed more than 220 transactions totaling over $77 million in sales, consistently ranking among the top 5% of agents statewide. Today, she leads a boutique team that includes two licensed agents, two virtual assistants, and a trusted network of staging, cleaning, and media professionals.

Jess typically completes around 35 transactions each year, representing more than $12 million in annual volume. Her mission is to make homeownership achievable for as many people as possible, with a focus on first-time homebuyers, move-up sellers, and distressed property owners.
