Jess Provencher is the Broker/Owner of Pro Homes, serving Manchester and the towns around it — Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett, Auburn, Londonderry and Derry.

Licensed since 2017, she's closed more than 220 transactions totaling over $77 million, and averages 35 sales and $12M+ in volume a year. She ranks among the top 5% of agents statewide, holds more than 100 verified reviews across Google and Zillow, and was named an NH Housing Homeownership Fellow and a 2026 Top Agent in Manchester, Derry and Goffstown.

Most of her work is with two kinds of clients. First-time buyers, often the first in their family to buy, who don't have anyone to ask the obvious questions to. And families moving up, selling one house to buy the next without ending up homeless or double-mortgaged in between. Both get the same thing: a straight answer, a real plan, and no pressure.
