Based on the reviews, we expected high quality and professional service from Jess when we hired her as our sellers’ agent. Our experience far exceeded our great expectations. Jess’s knowledge of the market and pricing strategy, combined with her advice and very comprehensive assistance with preparing the house for market, helped us attract excellent offers. When external contractors were needed, she immediately made arrangements to get things done well and quickly to keep things on track and close the sale. The end result was us selling high even compared to the dreams this sellers’ market inspires. We also sold quickly, which was extremely beneficial to us as my partner had already accepted and started a new job out of state.
