Hello...Remember those memorable pieces of art we all appreciated because they showed how life really was...Norman Rockwell type art...that is what this neighborhood reminds me of! Great Neighborhood that makes you feel good as you parade down the streets...well kept homes that show pride of ownership and yet still have a toy or two strewn about letting you know life and wonderful memories happen here. I can go on about the neighborhood and yet there is so much to talk about with the house. It is likely best if you just come by and sit a spell on the large back deck,or enjoy taking a walk (or ride)on the abutting trails Derry has to offer. This home that boasts a brand new kitchen,updated baths,fresh paint and more,is legitimately waiting for you to make your memories like the current owners have for decades. Memories of the friendships made,memories of the scraped knee in the cul de sac as the kids were learning to ride their bikes,memories by the wood fireplace as everyone cuddled on the couch,thoughts of maybe someday bringing mom and dad into the partially finished basement,or the memories of the "discussions" had between the first floor and the finished attic that housed the teenager,or maybe the memory of hiding out in the room above the garage as you relaxed and enjoyed the view of this incredible neighborhood.
